This reverts commit 407ea071f668e4a06ea9d1d8b7b83e236c42ef81. postgresql-typed was broken with postgresql-binary 0.12, so the upper bound on postgresql-typed won't fix the problem. postgresql-typed 0.5.1 is now released and works with postgresql-binary 0.12.1.
